Production GTI was born out of passion for Motorsport and a drive to ensure that racing is clean, fair and all cars are equal regardless of budget.

Run by a racer for the racers, the emphasis and goal is to ensure that the best financial deal achieved for all competitors whilst ensuring maximum time on track with the least amount of time away from home.

The MK5 Golf GTi class, now becoming a modern classic, is one of the most popular race cars for drivers to race, with strong performance (260bhp) and reliability. Production GTi is one of the strongest single make championships on the club racer circuit ,frequently providing high entertainment for the fans, whilst attracting seasoned and novice drivers alike.

The 2025 season sees the resurgence of the ever popular and much loved nostalgic hot hatch - The MK2 Golf GTi!  Production GTi offers a friendly and competitive paddock to dust off and race those classic 8v & 16v 1980s classic Volkswagens.

In addition to the standard MK2 Golf GTi class Production GTi are also offering a ‘modified MK2 ‘class. 

Furthermore, 2025 sees Production GTi expand  by introducing ‘Production Scirocco’. These popular coupe’s will be running similar power to weight as the MK5 Golf GTi from the more modern 2.0 TSI engine.
