After a busy last weekend for MSVR at both the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship finale in London and the latest rounds of, amongst others, the GB3 and GB4 Championships at Silverstone, it’s now time for a triple-header this August 5/6.

The Brands Hatch Mini Festival returns on Sunday, providing a fantastic showcase for the iconic British car. MSVR is delighted to once again reprise its role as Organising Club for the event, overseeing an excellent racing programme. There will be door-to-door racing action from classic Mini Miglias, Dunlop Mini Se7ens, Mighty Minis, Mini Se7en S Class and the popular “Fastest Mini in the World” race. In an exciting step in the sustainable direction, the grid for the 29th edition of Fastest Mini in the World will all run on SUSTAIN Classic fuel. Find out more here.

Meanwhile, at Snetterton, the latest round of MSVR Club Car Championships will be entertaining spectators in Norfolk. Miata Trophy kicks off proceedings on Saturday, as the thrilling Mazda MX-5 championship heads into the second half of its debut season. Snetterton’s technical 300 circuit configuration will host two classes of MX-5 all vying for important championship points. John Langridge currently leads the way in the overall standings, with Liam Cochrane heading NA Class for Mk1 drivers. Open-wheeled entertainment at Snetterton will be provided by five classes of machinery in United Formula Ford. Lucas Romanek has enjoyed an exceptional season so far in 2023 and the Star Class driver will be hoping to continue in the same fine form across the weekend’s two races. To further excitement, an eclectic range of cars will all compete against each other in two classes of MSVR All Comers. From popular tin tops, historic racers, open-top sports cars, to factory built GT cars, MSVR All Comers offers a platform for everyone to race and the series continues to provide a fun, laid-back chance for drivers to gain experience - and to get those all-important licence upgrade signatures! Snetterton’s Sunday action takes place exclusively on the 200 circuit configuration, with a bumper grid of Mk1 Ford KAs coming together for a truly epic 12-hour endurance race - the ’12 Heures Du Norfolk’. This event is the longest of the series’ 2023 season and you can expect continuous entertainment from 09:00AM to 09:00PM!

Last, but by no means least, Oulton Park will experience a retro-themed takeover. On Saturday, a range of classes from Equipe Classic Racing feature, with highlights from the former including the headline Pre-’66 and Classic Sports and GT Cars. There will also be races for the Equipe ‘70s, Equipe Pre-’63, Equipe ‘50s and Equipe Libre classes. It's set to be a cracking day!
